This project is about creating a calming yet exuberant living experience that is defined by the widening of apertures onto nature.  The house, lofted within the tree canopy, was renovated using a restrained palette of materials and details that harmonize with the vibrant intimacy of the branches and foliage beyond. The cool grays and blacks of the cabinetry, brushed stainless steel, and blackened steel accents are offset by the warmth of the Eastern walnut flooring and Calacatta Gold marble slabs.
