Farina Roof Terrace

Located above Farina restaurant in San Francisco’s vibrant Mission District, this project represents of San Francisco’s first public roof terraces.  Working in close collaboration with Monica Viarengo Landscape Design, we created a sun-drenched oasis framed by a custom steel pergola system that frames large outdoor tables, custom heat lamps and sunshading systems.  The blue sound barriers shift slightly in color and opacity, creating a colorful backdrop to the black acacia wooden booths, thick marble tables and colorful succulent planting.
